Tyrone Naidoo is the esteemed CEO of The BEE Online Group, a pioneering force in transformation. Bringing over 22 years of experience in the B-BBEE and transformation space, Tyrone has led the Group’s evolution into one of South Africa’s foremost B-BBEE agencies, consistently recognised for excellence, credibility, and impactful transformation outcomes.
Beginning his career as a Senior B-BBEE Specialist, Tyrone’s resilience, entrepreneurial acumen, and strategic foresight have shaped him into the dynamic leader he is today. Under his leadership, The BEE Online Group has emerged as a market leader, known for its technical competence, governance integrity, and commitment to sustainable empowerment.
He has actively participated in sector charter consultative and legislative processes — mentoring the ICT Sector Charter Chair, serving on the consultative panel during the initial drafting of the Construction Sector Charter Codes, and contributing to legislative rollouts as an invited specialist providing interpretative clarity on B-BBEE legislation.

Over the last 16 years he has established and funded an academy that has provided qualified education to around 30,000 unemployed individuals — prioritising youth, women, and individuals living with disabilities.

The ESD Hub — powered by Eyethu ESD Catalyst — has been successfully implemented at organisations as prominent as the South African National Blood Service.
