Bringing over 22 years of experience in the B-BBEE and transformation space, Tyrone has led the Group’s evolution into one of South Africa’s foremost B-BBEE agencies, consistently recognised for excellence, credibility, and impactful transformation outcomes.

Beginning his career as a Senior B-BBEE Specialist, Tyrone’s resilience, entrepreneurial acumen, and strategic foresight have shaped him into the dynamic leader he is today. Under his leadership, The BEE Online Group has emerged as a market leader, known for its technical competence, governance integrity, and commitment to sustainable empowerment.

He has actively participated in sector charter consultative and legislative processes — mentoring the ICT Sector Charter Chair, serving on the consultative panel during the initial drafting of the Construction Sector Charter Codes, and contributing to legislative rollouts as an invited specialist providing interpretative clarity on B-BBEE legislation.
